Since 1958, the non-profit Canadian Mental Health Association - Simon Fraser Branch has been providing support for vulnerable people with mental illness in the New Westminster, Tri-Cities, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge communities.
The purpose of Miles for Mental Health Run & Walk is to fight stigma, raise awareness for mental health issues, and help raise funds for CMHA-SF’s programs.
The Second Annual 2012 Miles for Mental Health Run & Walk will be held at Queen's Park, New Westminster; located at First Street and Third Avenue.
There will be free parking at Queen's park
and volunteers to help direct you to the event.Event Overview
